Amanda Taylor
CEO & FounderHi! I’m Amanda. I’m 21 years old originally from Kingston, Jamaica and now live in NYC! I am incredibly proud of what we’ve created, it has come directly from my own lived experience with mental health and body image and I work on unplug 24/7. When I’m not doing 100 things for Unplug, I’m listening to, writing or recording music, working on @gyaldem.radio or watching YouTube videos. Check the about page to hear more about what Unplug means to me. Thank you for being here!

Chief Operating OfficerHi! My name is Zara and I’m the Chief Operating Officer of Unplug Magazine. Starting as Amanda's friend from middle school to now, I know firsthand why this magazine is so meaningful. I believe that the stories and experiences voiced through this publication deserve maximum exposure, so through my position I aim to expand the reach and influence that Unplug can have in our communities. I’m very excited about the work going in to push it to greater heights.
